Care & Use Guide

Keep the cleanser in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. This will help maintain the product's stability and effectiveness.

Before using the product on your face, it's a good idea to perform a patch test on a small area of your skin to ensure you don't have any adverse reactions.

Apply the cleanser to your dry face. You can use your fingertips or a soft, damp cloth to massage it onto your skin. Olive oil and squalane are excellent for breaking down makeup and sunscreen.

Using gentle, circular motions, massage the cleanser into your skin for about 30 seconds. This helps to dislodge dirt and impurities.

Use lukewarm water to rinse off the cleanser. Make sure you remove all the product from your face.

After rinsing, gently pat your face dry with a clean, soft towel. Avoid rubbing your skin, as this can cause irritation.

You can follow up with a toner to balance your skin's pH levels and prepare it for the next steps in your skincare routine.

Since the cleanser contains squalane, you may not need an additional moisturizer, especially if you have dry skin. Squalane helps lock in moisture and keeps your skin hydrated.

You can use an olive oil cleanser with squalane daily or as needed. Some people prefer to use it in their evening skincare routine to remove makeup and impurities from the day. While this cleanser is generally gentle, avoid overusing it, as excessive cleansing can strip your skin of natural oils.

Payment for orders must be verified & processed in full before orders will be shipped.

Shipping
Currently, you’re entitled to free shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more.  Our “Subscribe & Save” program with our bar soaps is also offered with free shipping as well.  All other orders will include typical shipping/freight fees.  All shipments are FOB Hudson, Ohio. Orders are processed immediately and sent to fulfillment. Shipping is generally within 72 hours.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We will always ship to the address you provided. If there is a specific address other than provided, you would prefer me to ship to please let me know at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.  It is your responsibility to ensure that all your order information is correct before submitting the order.

Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?
Check your spam box. You should receive an email from us, confirming your order & then another email notifying you when your order is shipping. If you have any questions regarding your order, check your profile on our website, and review order status. For other questions about an order you placed, email us at info@SBUskincare.com.

When will my order be shipped?
We process, pack, and ship orders twice weekly.  It’s estimated that our clients typically see a delivery time of as much as a week after processing, but this time can vary, of course, depending on several factors, many of which are out of our control.  If you would like to see if we can somehow expedite your shipment for quicker delivery, email us at info@SBUskincare.com BEFORE you place the order online.

Do you ship on the weekends?
As we only currently ship twice weekly, placing an order on Saturday or Sunday means that your order will be processed, packed, and sent on the first ship day of the following week.  When trying to plan for a specific delivery’s arrival, don’t count the weekends in your counting!

Will you ship to International Locations?
We currently only ship products to the addresses in the continental United States.

Will you ship to Alaska/Hawaii?
We currently only offer shipping to the 48 continental states.

They take really good care of you!

I've ordered several soaps from sbu in the past. This was the first non-soap I tried. I was very pleased with the way they treated me. The costumer service is great, the produces are wonderful and I especially love how they take great care and sending out the package.

Great for removing makup.

I'm a girl who puts on makeup 5 - 6 times a week. It's part of my job to look the best I can everyday. At the end of the day I want my make up to come off easy so I can get to bed. Some of the other products I used took me forever top remove it. After buying a few soaps from SBU I found this little gem, Prima Oleic Oil Cleanser. It's one of the best products I bought to help me remove my makeup at the end of the day. It also does a lot more too. I love this stuff.
